As many of you know, Mr. Lockwood is retiring at the end of this school year. To commemorate his 30 years of service to LUSD, we have placed a giant boulder in front of the gym to be called "Lockwood Rock".
For just $10 a day, families can sign up to paint "Lockwood Rock" to celebrate birthdays or other milestones in their children's lives.
For more information on how to sign up to paint "Lockwood Rock" please click the photo.
All proceeds from "Lockwood Rock" will go to the HCP PTC to help fund art programs, techonology, and science programs, and other enrichment opportunities for the students.
We look forward to seeing what you do with Lockwood Rock!

A big "Thank You" to our 3rd and 1st grade parents who helped to spruce up the garden this year. We really appreciate all of your time volunteering to help make a difference for all of our students here at H.C.P.
The Lending Library is outside the doors of the front office from 7:00-3:30 every school day. This is a community service project put together by our very own Alyssa Riga in 3rd grade here at HCP. People are welcome to come and take a book and or leave a book. This is a great way to find some new reading material and leave any books that you are tired of.
Our students have been challenged to change their school and community. One way this is happening is by taking part in a Global Act of Kindness campaign.
